After serving families in Maple Grove, Minnesota, for more than four decades, Heritage Christian Academy seized an opportunity to create an even more connected school community by adopting Blackbaud’s integrated solutions for education management. We talked with the school’s project coordinator, Lorrie Neuharth, about Heritage Christian Academy’s thoughtful approach to implementation and training, which included scheduling a “Blackbaud Day” for teachers to learn and ask questions as part of the big rollout.
